Refunds of subscription fees in whole or in part will not be

By subscribing to this newsletter you agree to receive Campbell
McWilliams' newsletter, and promotional material from companies
and individuals associated with Campbell McWilliams. Your email

Whilst every care has been taken in the preparation of this
website and its associated newsletters and articles, Campbell
McWilliams does not accept or provide any warranty for the production

Email coaching
Subscription for email coaching will entitle you to send your
Powerful Conversations issues or questions to Campbell McWilliams
by email to admin@campbellmcwilliams.com.
Campbell McWilliams will respond to up to six issues or questions
during the subscription period (which is usually one year) and
will aim to do so within 72 hours of receipt of your e-mail.
Multiple issues or questions included in one e-mail shall be
counted individually.
You will be notified when your allocation has been exhausted.
This service is intended to be a supportive and educational
coaching process about Powerful Conversations but does not constitute
advice. No warranties are given and no liability shall attach
to our responses. Misuse of this facility, which shall include
(by way of illustration but not limitation) abusive or profane
language, issues or questions not relating to Powerful Conversations,
or unreasonable requests, will result in immediate termination
of the facility for the subscriber. Campbell McWilliams' decision
shall be final.
